DR. HESHAM SHERGHIN
Dr. Hesham Sherghin received his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree (DDS) from the University of Detroit Mercy in 2011, where he was named to the Dean’s List. He then completed a yearlong Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) program at St. Johns Providence Health System in Detroit, Michigan. Dr. Sherghin was the class Vice-President and served as an active member of several societies and organizations. He was the recipient of numerous awards and distinctions including the Most Cooperative Student Award, and Pre-Doctoral Achievement Award-International Congress of Oral Implantology as well as other academic awards and scholarships.Dr. Sherghin is an active member of several study clubs in the London area, the RCDSO, The ODA, and CDA. Although he is very busy he always finds time to support his community by sponsoring some of his young patients and their youth sports’ teams. He also enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family and looking for ways to further educate himself so he can provide the best possible care for his patients.
DR. BRANDON BRILLON
Dr. Brillon was born and raised in London and attended high school at London South Collegiate Institute in the heart of the Old South community. He followed his passion for math and the sciences to the University of Western Ontario and graduated at the top of his class with an Honours Bachelor of Medical Science Degree, earning the Governor General’s Silver Medal and University of Western Ontario Gold Medal. Dr. Brillon returned to Western to pursue his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree, allowing him to combine his love for science and passion for helping others. He graduated at the top of his class, earning his second Gold Medal, and received numerous awards and distinctions along the way including the Dr. Walter R. Teteruck Award in Fixed Prosthodontics, the Sunstar G.U.M. Clinical Proficiency Award, the Elgin Dental Association Award in Oral Surgery, the American Dental Society Anaesthesiology Award, the American Academy of Periodontology Award, the Laura Stakiw Memorial Award, the General Medicine Award, as well as multipleother academic awards and scholarships. Dr. Brillon is currently a member of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, the Canadian Dental Association, the Ontario Dental Association, and the London and District Dental Society.
DR. WILLIAM KLEIN
Dr. William Klein received a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree (DDS) from McGill University in 1967 and first entered private practice that same year. He served as a clinical instructor at Jewish General Hospital in Montreal (1976-79) and has been an adjunct professor at the Schulich School of Dentistry in London since 2013. Dr. Klein is a member of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, the Canadian Dental Association, Ontario Dental Association, and the London and District Dental Society. After running his own practice in Montreal for 12 years, Dr Klein moved to London in the spring of 1979, when he took over this practice from the previous owner in March 1979. He has been providing wide-range general dentistry in this office ever since, and now — semi-retired — continues to treat patients two days a week, and teach at the dental school one day a week. Dr Klein has seen practically everything that a dentist could come-across in his many years in practice, so we are fortunate to be able to draw on his expertise and mentoring. Dr Klein has enjoyed his long and successful career as a Dentist, and is delighted to continue as an active part of our team as clinician, mentor, and teacher.
DR. CHRISTINA SPEROU
Dr. Christina Sperou received her Bachelor of Science Degree with Honours at Queen’s University. Dr. Sperou then completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree with Distinction and Honours at the University of Western Ontario Schulich School of Dentistry. During her time at Western, she received many awards of excellence such as the American Association of Endodontists Award, Dr. George P. Wysocki Oral Pathology Award, the Quintessence Award in Periodontics, and the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario Second Year Award. In her third year of dental school, she received the UWO Faculty Association Scholarship for maintaining the highest cumulative scholastic standing in her class in the first three years of the dental program. Dr. Sperou is committed to providing the best care possible to her patients. She enjoys giving back to the community and volunteering in dental mission trips. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, going on hikes, and going to yoga.
